As a home owner and an Interior designer, I always look for different ways to elevate the looks of my house as well as the houses of our customers who trusts us to design the space they will be living for many years in the future. While the looks of the space are important, the functionality and the Vastu aspects play an equally important role. Let us understand few aspects of 5 basic elements of nature with respect to Interior designing and how we can integrate them to elevate the looks of our HOME.
According to Vastushastra, there are five basic elements in the whole world/universe. They are the Earth, Water, Air, Fire (Heat & Light), and Sky(Cosmic). Vastu is a Cosmic Science of balancing these elements in the proper proportions for harmony. When these five elements are in the proper place, they support the person to achieve greater success in life.
WATER ELEMENT
If properly applied, the water element can make a world of difference.

EARTH ELEMENT
The earth element is represented by anything made from soil or stone. Objects of clay, ceramic, brick, and concrete possess the vibration of the earth. Crystal cluster also belongs to the earth’s elements. Plants not only elevates the look of your place but also adds the element of earth in your space. Anything made of earth mostly yellow, orange, or brown in color represents the earth element.

Colour:- Light yellow, beige, peach, light brown
WIND ELEMENT
The wind element is located in the north-west zone. Air or Vayu is vital for our survival. Our sense of sound, touch, and feel are related to Air. All communication, and networking energies can be improved if the wind element has all Vastu compliance. According to Vastu, plantations, windows, doors, also ventilation offers various t benefits of wind elements.

SPACE ELEMENT
