Intellectual Property

Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Either party may terminate a project per the agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
