Sign-Off on Designs & Scope
We refine concept sketches into photorealistic 3D visual environments, matching exactly your chosen laminates, finishes, and hardwares. Together, we conduct a detailed walkthrough of materials, pricing sheets, and project scopes. Once details align with your expectations, we sign off on the 2D working drawings and final Scope of Work (SOW), directing blueprints straight to our factory.

Precision Manufacturing
Every custom panel is manufactured at our own state-of-the-art facility. We rely strictly on imported high-end German machinery to execute panel sizing, boring, and edging. This automated precision ensures blunt safety edges, soft-touch panels, and a level of finishing that cannot be replicated by traditional manual carpentry.

The 5 Factory Steps
Powered by German Precision Machinery
1. Laminate Pasting
Premium laminates and veneers are bonded to core panels under immense hydraulic pressure, ensuring zero air bubbles and complete resistance to moisture peeling.
2. Panel Saw
Sliding table panel saws size wood panels at exact angles. Cuts are clean and smooth down to the sub-millimeter level, preventing any structural gaps during assembly.
3. Edge Banding
German edge banders seal board margins with hot-melt glue. Tapes are flush-trimmed, creating blunt, child-safe edges that block out humidity.
4. Boring Machine
Multi-spindle drilling lines pre-bore screw spots, hinge cups, and drawer slides based on digital drafts. This makes assembly 100% screw-aligned and solid.
5. Wrapping
Before leaving the factory, all panels are cleaned, flat-packed, and wrapped in heavy bubble film. This safeguards corners and finishes during transit to your site.
Site Execution
Because panels are pre-drilled, cut, and edge-banded inside our dust-controlled factory, site execution is clean and quiet. We transport panels in protective flatpacks and assemble modules at your residence within just 7 days. There is no noisy woodcutting, carpentry debris, or paint odor, protecting your family's peace.

The Handover
Our supervisors perform a final, comprehensive audit, verifying soft-close drawer alignments, load capacities, hinge tolerances, and electrical wiring checks. After deep cleaning, we host a final walkthrough with you, presenting all manufacturer warranty certificates and handing over the keys to your new home.
